Are you friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in the Dungloe area.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our shop floor, helping customers find exactly what they need while supporting the smooth, daily running of the pharmacy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Customer Care: Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide prompt, helpful information on the shop floor.
- Expert Advice: Sell and advise on a fantastic range of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, complimentary remedies, and beauty/grooming products.
- Anticipate Needs: Go the extra mile by recommending complementary products that genuinely add value to our customers' healthcare or beauty routines.
- Stock Management: Keep the pharmacy looking its best through merchandising, pricing, ordering, and general administrative duties.
- Team Support: Maintain clean, tidy work areas and collaborate with the pharmacy team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
