Trust and Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a part of the Trust and Safety Ad Traffic Quality team, your mission is to make the ads ecosystem universally trusted and defended against invalid Traffic, analyze billions of events and create scalable methods to stop motivated fraudsters from causing harm. You will help users, advertisers, publishers, and Google gain information and monetize the internet safely and usefully.
In this role, you will be trained to use tools that analyze datasets that are truly Google-scale and dive deep into advanced data analysis techniques used to prevent fraud and abuse. You will collaborate closely on projects with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Legal stakeholders. You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Training, Quality and Vendor Managers to lead high fidelity operations and will perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis. Your role may be exposed to graphic, controversial or upsetting content.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €144000 - €148000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
