We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our multi-disciplinary psychiatric team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adults with complex mental health needs in a recovery-focused environment.
Deliver professional, compassionate mental health nursing care.
Carry out assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
Safely administer and document medications.
Support patients during crises using therapeutic and de-escalation skills.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and the wider MDT.
Advocate for patients and maintain accurate clinical records.
NMBI Registration (RPN preferred).
Minimum 6 months mental health nursing experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Team-focused, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing development.
€25–€30 per hour (Day rate)
