Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
- Wash and store crockery, cutlery, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow HACCP, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
- Dispose of waste safely and keep cleaning equipment maintained.
- Report faulty equipment or maintenance issues.
Working Conditions:
- Physically active role involving standing/walking for long periods.
- Requires safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Based within the nursing home environment.
