ACES is an upscale casual restaurant in Castletroy, known for small plates and a high standard across everything we do. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen running cleanly and smoothly, working closely with our head chef and kitchen team.
This is a key role. A well-run kitchen depends on a strong porter, and we treat it that way.
What you'll do
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and kitchen equipment to a consistently high standard
- Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and wash-up station clean, tidy, and safe throughout service
- Manage waste and recycling correctly
- Help the chefs with basic prep when needed
- Take in and store deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What we're looking for
- A strong work ethic and a genuine sense of pride in a clean, organised kitchen
- Someone who stays calm and keeps pace during busy service
- A good team player who's reliable and turns up on time
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential — attitude matters most
- Right to work in Ireland
