Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

Meet and greet guests and members and offer suggestions and upsell where possible

Be fully aware of the daily functions and individual arrivals

Ensure the car park areas are tidy and around the back of the lodge on the Palmer Ryder Cup Course.

Oversee and ensure the range facilities are properly maintained
-
Ensure locker rooms (Visitors & Members) are maintained and clean and constant supply of toiletries.

Help assist with preparation for Golf Groups in conjunction with the function sheets i.e. Directional signs put out on the course, front gate and ensure the team have read the daily function sheet for the event.

Assist the golf shop team with informing guests of the facilities available, locker rooms, range, snack bar, pro shop etc.

Assist in the stocktaking of golf clubs once a week and compile the report for the Golf Operations Manager.

Ensure Buggies are set up for clients with tees, pencils, towels (if wet), scorecards etc

Ensuring all stock of buggies is accounted for at the end of each day and report any faults or damage to the Golf Operations Manager and they are clean for following day use.

Ensure all the Pull Trolleys & Electric Trolleys are clean before being put back out for re-use and batteries are put on charge for the following day.
- Ensure the corridors and stewards area is kept tidy at all times and all bins around the clubhouse are clean and empty.
- Ensure The K Club Ladies and Gents member golf bags are well maintained and cleaned.
- Ensure all check-ins are handled in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and to ensure all guests are helped with any information or requests they may require during their time with us.

Actively sell all Golf Shop merchandise to guests and members, ensuring a thorough knowledge of all clothing lines and equipment

Ensure that each guest is aware of their surroundings and that they are on time for their tee times.

Liaise with the starter and ranger to ensure the smooth operation of tee-times and pace of play.

Ensure all green fees, pro shop and other revenue dockets are charged to the appropriate account and are fully up to date and correct on check out.

Ensure the shop is always fully stocked with sizes and colour of different styles & brands

Ensure all buggies are accounted for at the end of each day and report any faults or damage to the Golf Operations Manager and that they are clean for use the following day. Buggies should be stored correctly and sanitised and tagged once complete after each use. Gangway left clear for electric trollies.
Experience/ Qualifications

Will have previous experience working in Golf Services

Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous
-
Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Will have fluency in English , both oral and written

Will be flexible in their working hours
