The Opportunity
We are seeking both qualified and trainee Financial Advisors to join our in-office team. Whether you're new to the industry or already experienced, you'll receive internal training, access to client leads, and full mentoring support as you develop your advisory career.
You'll initially focus on protection products, with the potential to expand into pensions and investments upon completing relevant CPD and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fact-finding meetings and assess clients’ needs, goals, and risk profiles
- Provide tailored advice on protection products (life cover, income protection, etc.)
- Build strong relationships through regular client follow-up and service excellence
- Work with provided leads to grow your client base and meet monthly targets
- Stay current with product updates, market trends, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to a supportive team culture and participate in regular training and mentoring

- This is an office-based role in Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare. The working hours are 11:00am–7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00am–6:00pm on Friday. Are you able to attend the office reliably for these hours?
