Zest !,Shannon Airport, Co. Clare is now accepting applications for the position of Bakery Assistant - Cold Bakery (Evening shifts)
This role will involve supporting the bakers in the production of cold bakery items, cheesecakes and celebration cakes.
Applicants will have some previous baking and cake decorating experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English, the ability to work as part of a team and a thorough understanding of HACCP regulations.
Working hours are 15:00 - 23:00, 5 days out of 7 per week. (1 month off Saturday & Sunday, Rotatoes to one month off M<onday & Tuesday)
Successful candidates will be required to pass an Airport Police security background check.
