We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor to join our growing team at a leading commercial vehicle distributor and authorized service centre based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting service customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing customer service bookings via phone, email, and walk-in enquiries
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and repair work in line with workshop capacity
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles during service and repair
- Advising customers on additional work requirements and associated costs
- Coordinating the handover of completed vehicles and processing payments
- Liaising with workshop, reception, sales, warranty, parts, and management teams
- Assisting in gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with ADP/Kerridge systems is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a busy environment
- Full driving license valid in Ireland
- Fully authorized to live and work in Ireland or hold a valid visa/work permit
