ROSS Cx is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to join our client-side PMC team on a live hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium.
You will provide direct supervision of the general contractor's electrical works across the data hall floors, with a focus on installation quality, safety and programme delivery through to energisation and handover.
Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise the general contractor's electrical trades and subcontractors within the data halls, ensuring daily installation, cable pulling and containment works are delivered to precise design specifications.
- Enforce rigorous QA/QC checks on critical power infrastructure including PDUs, RPPs, switchgear and UPS systems prior to energisation.
- Manage on-site Health and Safety compliance, reviewing RAMS, conducting toolbox talks and carrying out regular safety audits to maintain a zero-incident culture.
- Track daily progress against the construction programme, resolving technical constraints and coordinating material supply chains to prevent delays.
- Act as the client's eyes and ears on the data hall floor, reporting installation issues, non-conformances and progress risks to the PMC team daily.
Electrical Supervisor Ideal Requirements:
- Electrical trade or engineering background with strong site supervision experience on data centre, semiconductor or other mission critical projects.
- Solid working knowledge of critical power systems (PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, UPS) and electrical installation standards.
- Proven QA/QC experience including inspection, snagging and documentation of electrical works.
- Familiar with commissioning processes and Level 1 to Level 5 testing.
- Strong understanding of construction Health and Safety, RAMS review and toolbox talk delivery.
- Confident engaging with a Tier 1 general contractor at supervisor and management level.
- Available for an immediate start and committed through to early November.
