Meenane Pallet Centre is currently looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at our facility in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift safely and responsibly at all times.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Moving and positioning materials and pallets around the yard and production areas.
- Supporting the day-to-day yard and production operations.
- Ensuring materials are stored and handled correctly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures and policies.
- Carrying out other duties as required to support the smooth running of the operation.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or similar environment.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach to work.
- Good communication skills.
