We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, and hands-on Bar Manager to lead our team in the heart of Kilfenora.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring excellent service standards, compliance, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Stock & Cellar Management: Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and maintain the highest standards of cellar management.
- Financial Oversight: Handle cash flow, reconcile tills, and oversee POS systems
- Customer Experience: Engage with our regular locals and seasonal visitors alike, ensuring everyone receives a premium Clare welcome.
- Event Management: Coordinate with Wedding Manager for function and weddings bar management to seamlessly deliver top class weddings and private functions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced bar management.
- Passion for Hospitality: Strong knowledge of craft beers, spirits, wines, and traditional pub operations.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with hospitality demands.
Pay: €33,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
