Crewit Resourcing is recruiting a Document Controller on behalf of a leading client involved in large-scale infrastructure development.
This role will play a key part in managing and controlling project documentation within a Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Manage and maintain all documentation within the CDE system (e.g. Aconex, Dalux or similar)

Ensure proper document control processes are followed across all project workstreams

Coordinate document flow between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

Oversee document version control, approvals, and audit trails

Monitor system performance and ensure KPIs and standards are met

Support integration and adoption of digital tools across the project lifecycle

Act as a key liaison between IT teams, project management office (PMO), and external partners

Contribute to process improvements and optimisation of document management systems

Ensure compliance with data governance and document management standards

Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline

Strong experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projects

Proven experience using CDE platforms such as Aconex, Dalux, or similar

Experience working on large-scale, complex projects

Strong understanding of digital project environments and document workflows

Excellent organisational and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
