Job description
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Maintenance person. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
· Carry out general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
· Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and decorating.
· Conduct regular inspections of thermal areas, spa pools on site, equipment and water quality and record all these inspections.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire safety standards and environmental laws.
· Maintain proper documentation for inspections, certificates, safety records and maintenance logs.
· Liaise with outside contractors and service providers as needed.
The Requirements
· Previous experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· A customer focused and can-do attitude.
Pay: From €33,000.00 per year
