The Opportunity
This is not a traditional admin role. We are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to lead client success and front-end operations within our high-performing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic.
We don’t just want someone to manage a diary; we want a growth-partner who loves building relationships, improving systems, and driving the commercial performance of the business. You will take full ownership of the client journey—from the very first enquiry to long-term retention—working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure we operate at full capacity and deliver a world-class experience.
What You Will Own1. Client Success & Growth
- Lead Conversion: Convert new enquiries into booked appointments through confident, empathetic consultations.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Retention Strategy: Drive initiatives to improve reactivation rates and overall client lifetime value.
2. Practice Performance & Operations
- Capacity Management: Master the diary flow to optimise clinic performance and clinician utilisation.
- System Innovation: Don't just follow systems—improve them. You will lead operational enhancements to make the clinic run smoother and faster.
- Front-End Excellence: Ensure daily operations are seamless, from record-keeping to the clinic’s physical presentation.
3. Leadership & Commercial Impact
- Metric Tracking: Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) around bookings and lead conversion.
- Strategic Link: Act as the trusted bridge between our clinicians, the clients, and the Clinic Director.
- Business Growth: Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects that shape the future of the clinic.
Who This Role Would Suit

- Customer Success or Hospitality Leadership
- Consultative Sales or Lead Conversion
- Practice or Clinic Management
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
