Chef de Partie is required to work at Elite Cuisine Ltd, Unit 4, Monahan Road Industrial Park, Monahan Road, Cork, T12 DT85, Ireland.
Duties will include preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes for corporate and private catering events; preparing ingredients and food according to established recipes and menus; assisting with the preparation and development of menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff; ensuring consistency in food quality, portioning and presentation; preparing dishes to meet different dietary requirements; monitoring food preparation and service; maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety; ensuring the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organised; monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and storage of ingredients and supplies; and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
