The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry with 2 or more in a managerial role.
A proven track record of team leadership, motivation and training.
A strong customer focus.
The role is hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to manage all aspects of the hotel, with full support from hotel management.
Responsible for:
- Opening and closing the business in a professional and disciplined manner
- Cash handing
- Proficient bar and wait service.
- Experience in functions and banqueting.
- Stock management
- Staff training and recruitment
- Communicating with suppliers

- Maintaining hygiene
