We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail, proven commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for quality cooking.
The Role
- Flexible shifts based on a 4-day work roster
- Work alongside an experienced management and kitchen team

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all health & safety procedures
- Support menu planning and menu design
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and supplier management
- Plan and execute food offerings for special events and functions
- Monitor food margins, minimise waste, and maintain strong commercial awareness
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar senior kitchen role
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced food environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent cooking ability and passion for quality ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good understanding of food cost control, margins, and waste management
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Salary
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
