At The Shed Distillery, we don't just make award-winning spirits—we create memorable experiences that bring people together. From corporate events and private celebrations to distributor visits and premium brand experiences, we're looking for an Events and Business Development Manager who can turn enquiries into exceptional events.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting customer relationships.
You'll be responsible for:
- Selling our unique event venues and growing our events business
- Managing events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to enhance every event
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Being on-site to oversee events and deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Reporting on event performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supporting distributor visits and representing The Shed Distillery at external events
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years demonstrated experience in a similar role and industry
- Loves working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Has strong sales and relationship management skills
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can confidently manage multiple projects at once
- Enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of their work
- Brings energy, initiative and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Full clean driver’s license
