About the Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will support young people in residential care to strengthen family connections, develop life skills, and prepare for independent living.

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Level 7 or Level 8 Degree in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification
- CORU registration
- Experience working within a residential care setting
- Flexibility to work a planned shift roster
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable
- Full, clean driving licence

Competitive Pay
- Salary ranging from €39,965 (€20.17 per hour) to €56,644 (€28.78 per hour), depending on experience
- WRC salary increases applied
- Additional premium payments of approximately €6,000–€9,000 annually
- Double pay on Sundays and Public Holidays
