Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance support of Company products.
- Achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Be flexible to travel and work overtime.
Qualifications and Skills
- Common sense, troubleshooting skills and enjoys hands-on practical work
- Must have a valid, clean driving license for 2 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills would be advantageous but not essential.
- Whilst maintaining a high degree of personal hygiene be prepared to deal with foul odours from greasetraps and faulty plumbing.
Training and Development
There is ongoing internal training for all staff to update skills. We invest in staff development and encourage career progression and promotion from within. As you will be dealing with fats, oils, and grease. You will be provided with full protective clothing, PPE, and hand creams.
