We are a quality based domiciliary care provider based in North Dublin.
We now require a motivated Care Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our office in North Dublin

Position Summary - Care Manager:
The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall provision of care in their area.
The candidate should have a passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continue building a winning service that places customers at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Organise the acceptance of new packages
- Rota building/allocate work to all care staff
- Build relationships in the area with Key Workers
- Deal with client queries promptly and record and report all actions
- Organize regular team meetings
Essential Requirements:
- Highly motivated manager
- Experience in leading a team of care staff
- Strong scheduling experience is essential for this role
- Willing to travel in Dublin
- Be proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills
