The Role
We are looking for a warm, confident, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Centre Coordinator to join our Clontarf team. You will be the first point of contact for our office clients, virtual clients, and visitors — ensuring the centre runs smoothly and always makes the best impression.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our office clients, virtual clients, and visitors.
- Manage telephone communications, office and meeting room logistics, post handling, centre and office preparations, and provide fundamental technical support.
- Ensure the impeccable presentation of our centre, maintaining a showroom-like condition at all times for our valued clients.
- Take charge of managing all centre leads, scheduling viewings, and adeptly selling office space to both new and existing clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, information dissemination, and professionalism in all interactions with prospects and clients.
- Conduct viewings of the office space for prospective clients, showcasing the unique offerings of our business centres.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless functionality.

Skills & Experience Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a customer-facing reception, front-of-house, or business-to-business environment.
- Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Experience in sales is an advantage, and knowledge of sales and marketing principles would be highly beneficial.
- Confidence in managing enquiries, converting leads, and promoting office space and services to prospective clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach to work.
