Person required to assist Chef on a daily basis to cook a daily mid day meal for 60 people approx.
No formal chef training required but must have experience of cooking starter, mains & dessert for 50 - 60 persons.
Must have HACCP course complete.
Must be able to speak fluent english and manage a kitchen in the abscence of a chef.
Experience working with elderly an advantage but not essential.
Position subject to Garda Vetting.
Part-time hours x 20hrs pw. (9am - 2pm) Alternate weekends. Immediate start.
