Role Purpose
Butlers Chocolates Manufacturing Facility is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate HR professional to join the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the HR Generalist will provide HR support across the manufacturing facility in all areas of recruitment and selection, employee engagement, and general HR administration with a specific focus on document control, preparation, and the restructuring of key HR documents such as contracts and personnel files.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment and selection support for manufacturing, operations, and site-based roles.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including site inductions, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.
Pay: €31,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
