Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales & Student Advisor to support the growth of our Hong Kong market.
In this role, you will guide prospective students throughout their study abroad journey, helping them choose the right English programme and supporting them from the initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will play a key role in driving sales while delivering an outstanding student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students from the Hong Kong market.
- Respond to enquiries via phone calls, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare quotations and recommend suitable English programmes based on students' needs and goals.
- Provide guidance on courses, accommodation options, life in Ireland, and student visa requirements.
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads to maximise enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the Hong Kong market.
- Support promotional initiatives and engage with prospective students through social media channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of student satisfaction.
- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Administration, Marketing, Academic, and Sales teams to provide the best possible student experience.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks using internal systems and CRM tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Mandarin proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Student Recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international education, exchange programmes, or study abroad consultancy.
- Familiarity with Irish student visa processes.
- Experience using CRM systems.
