Café Manager – Corner Coffee
Corner Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy community café.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the café
Lead, motivate, and support the front and back-of-house teams
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training
Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
Drive sales and help develop new ideas, promotions, and events
Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
Monitor costs and assist in achieving business targets
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for great food, coffee, and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
