At The Flour Patch Cafe, we’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Cafe All Rounder to join our team in our beachside cafe in Owenahincha, West Cork.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and is happy to get involved in all areas of the café.
Responsibilities:
- Making coffees and hot drinks
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Running food and clearing tables
- Keeping the café clean and organised
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Restocking displays and supplies
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Previous café, hospitality, or barista experience is a bonus but not essential
- Weekday availability is essential
