Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Energy and BMS teams across multiple Apleona-managed client sites

Drive consistent, high-quality technical service delivery aligned with Apleona's operational standards.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Develop and implement energy strategies aligned with client ESG goals and Apleona sustainability commitments

Identify, develop, and deliver energy conservation measures (ECMs) and optimisation initiatives
-
Monitor and analyse energy data using digital tools and CAFM/analytics platforms
-
Support clients in achieving certifications (e.g., ISO 50001, LEED, BREEAM) and regulatory compliance
-
Deliver measurable cost savings and carbon reduction across portfolios
-
Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimisation of BMS (HVAC, lighting, critical systems)
-
Standardise BMS practices and reporting across Apleona accounts

Drive smart building initiatives, including IoT integration, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance

Present insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations

Support Account Directors in achieving contract KPIs and client satisfaction targets

Ensure delivery of contractual obligations related to energy and BMS services

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Support tendering and mobilisation of new contracts with technical expertise

Drive value creation through innovation and efficiency improvements

Lead energy and BMS-related projects across client portfolios

Ensure full compliance with European and local regulations, HSEQ standards, and Apleona policies

Support audits, reporting, and governance frameworks
-
Manage operational risks related to energy supply, system failure, and business continuity
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Management, or related discipline
-
5-7+ years' experience in team management & business development
-
Strong understanding of European energy regulations and sustainability frameworks
-
Proven leadership experience across multi-site operations
-
Experience in BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Cylon, Trend )

Experience with digital FM tools, analytics platforms, and smart building technologies
