There is currently one permanent, whole-time vacancy available in IHA Dublin South Wicklow. Primary location is Hawthorns Stillorgan. Secondary Location Bray Co. Wicklow (No travel time or payment applies to going from home to either base location)
HSE Dublin and South East: Tipperary South, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford, Wicklow, part of South Dublin
- Demonstrate knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to the care area such as: Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act; National Consent Policy; New Directions; Personal Support Services for Adults with Disabilities; Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse: National Policy and Procedures; Trust in Care Policy; A Time to Move on from Congregated Settings: A Strategy for Community Inclusions; Children’s First National Guidelines; Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young people, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide professional reports including Court reports.
- Demonstrate an ability to apply knowledge to best practice.
