- Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
- Friday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
- OR
- Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm (alternating Fridays/Saturdays)
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people.
This isn't your typical reception role. We want someone who is energetic, confident and thrives on talking to people. You'll be the first impression of One Life Fitness, welcoming members with enthusiasm while confidently converting enquiries into memberships.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting every member and visitor with exceptional customer service.
- Conducting gym tours and confidently closing membership sales.
- Following up sales leads by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Making outbound calls to prospective members.
- Responding quickly to enquiries from social media, our website and walk-ins.
- Helping members with account queries and bookings.
- Maintaining a clean, professional reception area.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the club.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is naturally outgoing, friendly and approachable.
- Loves speaking to people and building rapport.
- Has confidence asking for the sale and achieving targets.
- Is comfortable making outbound sales calls every day.
- Is resilient and doesn't take rejection personally.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Can multitask in a busy environment.
- Is organised and reliable.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential).
