Accounts Administrator / Technician
Due to continued expansion of our business we are hiring an Accounts Administrator/Technician to join our team, the role will be fast paced and varied, largely consisting of the following:
Maintaining and monitoring of accounts payable and deal with any queries efficiently, with a focus on:
· Entry of invoices
· Process bank payments & Preparation of bank reconciliations
· Corresponding with suppliers in response to enquiries.
· Reconciliation of creditors
Supporting the Accounts Receivable department with particular emphasis on:
· Issuing service charge invoices and statements
· Debtor account reconciliations
· Debt Collection
The role also includes other support to the Management Team including:
· Preparation of financial reports and budgets
· Manage and maintain supporting documentation for auditing purposes
· Preparing and submitting VAT returns
· Ad-hoc duties and reports as required
Requirements:
· Account Technician or part qualified accounting qualification
· 2-3 years plus experience in overall finance i.e., payables, receivables
· Advanced experience with Excel with an excellent working knowledge of complex data analysis, formula automation, and dynamic reporting.
· Proficient in Accounting Software (Quickbooks) Microsoft Office
· Fluent English essential
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
· A “Can Do” positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €36,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
