The Sales Associate at Fitzgibbon Interiors will provide an exceptional customer experience by combining strong sales skills with creative design expertise. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their individual needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales journey while ensuring customer satisfaction remains the number one priority.
Primary duties and responsibilities
· Achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
· Prepare accurate quotations, generate leads, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
· Provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage customer queries and issues throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
· Assist with showroom design and merchandising to create an engaging and visually appealing customer experience.
· Assist with the loading, unloading and movement of light furniture for showroom and home deliveries as required.
· Manage customer queries and complaints in line with company and store policies.
· Carry out all required administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach always.
· Proactively generate customer leads and sales enquiries.
· Work across both the Manor showroom and Curraheen depot as required, providing cover and support to the wider team.
Skills and experience
· 2-3 years previous sales experience. Experience in bathroom, flooring, furniture and/or tiling, an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to engage and prioritise customer needs.
· Flexible attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail.
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
