We are seeking an Architect with a strong interest in design to join our Dublin Office. We are looking for a highly motivated energetic person with excellent design, detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with the Management to be adept at guiding a project from inception through to completion, in accordance with RIAI work stages.
- Proficient in producing documentation for both internal and external presentations.
- Prepare and actively participate in project reviews.
- Assist with mentorship and the supervision of junior team members.
- Provide guidance regarding planning and regulatory processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture and is registered with the RIAI.
- Previous 3 to 5 years experience, this including previous experience on medium to large scale residential projects.
- Thorough understanding of local, regional, and national planning and development contexts.
- Strong design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Revit Skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
