Role Overview
Join our team of outdoor instructors to lead adventure activities, foster team building, and provide an inclusive and safe experience for participants of all skill levels. You’ll engage groups in activities like kayaking, zip-lining, archery, wakeboarding, and climbing, adapting each session to create unforgettable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Activity Leadership: Supervise and deliver outdoor activities tailored to participant needs.
- Safety Management: Conduct safety checks, briefings, and enforce protocols.
- Environmental Stewardship: Promote sustainable practices and maintain site cleanliness.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable and inclusive experience.
- Administrative Support: Document sessions, report incidents, and participate in training.

Essential Eligibility Criteria
- Health & Fitness: Ability to lead activities in various outdoor conditions.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Clear Background Check: Garda vetting required for working with vulnerable groups.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have transport to reach the sites.
- Necessary Training: Training will be required prior to your contract start date. First Aid, Child Safeguarding and Manual Handling are required courses for the role, induction training on all adventure activities also required.
