We are seeking a qualified carpenter to join our team and lead installation teams as well as to work on a wide range of energy efficiency retrofit projects in the Mayo region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of a wide range of energy efficiency upgrades including
- Solar PV installations
- Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
- Ceiling Level Insulation
- Sloped Ceiling Insulation
- Drylining
- External Insulation
- Natural Ventilation
- Miscellaneous carpentry and snagging
- Supervising all work on site to ensure that the highest quality standards are being delivered in a consistent manner.
- Training, supervision, and motivating team operatives including coaching performance.
- Completing quality stage inspections of work throughout each project.
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification in carpenter/joinery
- Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Clean and tidy tradesman
- Able to work well with others.
- Able to use your initiative.
- Must have at minimum of 1-3 years qualified experience.
- Must have a full clean drivers licence.
- Fluent English.
Health & Safety Requirement:
- CSCS Safe Pass
- CSCS Manual Handling Training

Pay: €22.00-€27.00 per hour
