Front of House Team Member - €14.20 - €16 Hourly rate depending on experience
Vice is built around a tried and true concept of pairing fermented sourdough pizza with locally sourced chicken wings, served using both traditional and modern techniques. Vice is recruiting for its 2 city centre locations (5 Merrion Street Lower, Dublin 2 and 353 North Circular Road, Dublin 7).
We’re currently looking for a highly organised, energetic and career driven Full Time Front of House Team Member to play a part in our team. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
● Create and uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality and ensure that our product is served and received the same way, every single time.
● Manage different points of contact with customers ensuring excellent customer experience.
● Take ownership in creating a one of a kind atmosphere in house and maximising customer spend through service.
Operation (Equipment & safety)
● Assist senior members in performing opening and closing procedures.
● Take the necessary steps to ensure correct service methods needed to award our guests to the highest standards.
● Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the whole restaurant including front/back of house and outside the premises.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Requirements for the Front of House Team Member position:
● 2 years previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
● A flexible work schedule with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week
● Passionate about hospitality in a customer facing role.
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment .
● Be an ambitious team member with excellent communication skills.
● Work well with others within a team.
● Full working rights within Ireland.
● Flexible availability: Open 7 days per week
Flexibility to work in both units is a strong advantage, though we are also hiring for both restaurants independently.
