Build Gym & Coffee is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Café Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, beverages, and light food.
- Operate the till accurately and handle customer transactions.
- Ensure the café is clean, organised, and presented to a high standard at all times.
- Replenish stock and assist with daily café operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
About You
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A strong team player who is also capable of working independently.
- Previous café, barista, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person.
