Coffee Shop Assistant needed for busy specialty coffee shop in Dublin City (Full-time and Part-time positions available).
No previous experience required - we provide complete training on all aspects of the role including customer service, food preparation, and coffee making.

Customer Service:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

Deliver food orders to tables and describe menu items

Handle customer concerns professionally
Shop Maintenance:

Keep the shop clean and presentable throughout the day

Clear and sanitise tables between customers

Wash dishes, equipment, and utensils
-
Support setup and breakdown of outdoor seating areas

Help prepare for the next day's service
Team Support:

Work flexibly across different tasks as needed

Operate the till after training

Assist with stock management and minimise waste

Report equipment issues to management

Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
Essential Requirements
