Chef de Partie
We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Ballymote, Sligo on a permanent basis.
This role is based at a well-established nursing home, where you will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents in a warm, rewarding care environment. It's an ideal opportunity for a chef seeking structured daytime hours, genuine work-life balance, and meaningful work outside of late-night hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents

Manage your section efficiently and maintain consistency

Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef

About You

Previous Chef de Partie experience
- Passion for wholesome, home-style cooking

Organised, reliable, and team-focused
