Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Letterkenny, Co. Donegal
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assisant Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy and vibrant new bar in Letterkenny. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and creating a great atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring high service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the bar and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate cover during busy periods
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of customer service and atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive sales through promotions and strong service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a busy bar environment
- Previous management or senior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of beers, spirits, wines, and cocktails
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
Pay :
Negotiable, depending on experience.
