Job Purpose
To support General Manager in the daily running of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, while maintaining high standard of quality, cleanliness and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational
- Overseeing day to day bar operations
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
- Opening and close the bar as required
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinate orders
Customer Service
- Deliver & maintain high standard od customer service
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
Staff Supervision
- Staff supervising during shift
- New staff training
- Delegate tasks and ensure team efficiency
Stock & Financial Control
- Stock control, counting and waste reduction
- Cash handing and tills
Work conditions
- Shifty work including evening, weekend and holidays
- Statutory sick leave.
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
