Hi5 Childcare is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Billing & NCS Administrator.
This is a busy administrative role, ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with confidential information and communicating professionally with parents, staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing administration and maintain accurate billing records.
- Support NCS administration, including registrations, records and related correspondence.
- Maintain and update documents, records and databases accurately and confidentially.
- Respond to emails, phone calls and enquiries from parents, staff and external partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate information across internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth daily running of the office.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them promptly.
- Support the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Requirements
- EU/EEA passport holder, or unrestricted and ongoing legal right to work in Ireland.
- Qualification in Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in billing and administrative roles.
- Previous experience with NCS administration, childcare administration or Pobal/Early Years Hive systems is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Position Details
Location: Malahide, Ireland
Working Days: Monday to Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00–18:00
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Pay: From €28,300.00 per year
