The Studio is the creative engine of our agency. Our role is to translate strategic objectives into emotionally connected creative that delivers measurable impact for our clients. As an award-winning, multi-disciplinary team, we operate at the intersection of branding, spatial design, creative direction, and content creation. From building visual identities that command attention to designing immersive 3D environments and scroll-stopping digital content, we craft compelling narratives rooted in human behaviour.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Mid-weight to Senior Designer who is both a conceptual thinker and a highly skilled visual storyteller to join the Studio Team. In this role, you will be central to our creative process, collaborating on projects from initial concept through to final live execution. Our portfolio spans a diverse range of formats, including brand activations, festival integrations, corporate launches, conferences, exhibitions, campaigns, sports sponsorship, and much more.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Concepts and pitches for large-scale activations, immersive experiences, and high-production corporate events
- Visual Identity Creation: Develop comprehensive event identities, branding, and visual narratives across both physical and digital assets.
- Design Collateral: Produce high-quality, narrative-driven pitch decks, mood boards, event artwork, and spatial graphics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with account, production, and digital teams to ensure all creative concepts are both ambitious and physically executable.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure absolute consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines across all project touchpoints.
- End-to-End Design Execution: Confidently work across every stage of the design process, from concept creation and ideation through to final artwork and production-ready assets.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience within a creative agency environment. Prior experience in event, experiential, or brand experience design is not essential but highly valued.
- Creative Capability: A strong visual and conceptual portfolio showcasing an ability to translate complex briefs into compelling, structured visual proposals.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Cultural Awareness: A keen interest in design trends, cultural shifts, and experiential design.
- Additional Capabilities: Multi-disciplinary skills, such as motion graphics, 3D visualisation, or generalist design capabilities, are not essential but are highly valued.
