Finishing Foreman – Residential – Meath
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a busy residential construction project in Meath. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong finishing and snagging experience to take ownership of internal works and drive high-quality delivery through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing works on residential units from second fix through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors including carpenters, painters, dryliners, plumbers, and electricians
- Ensure all units are completed to a high standard and ready for handover
- Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final quality checks
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to maintain programme targets
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site issues efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient site environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of internal finishes and sequencing of trades
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Trade background or construction qualification advantageous

Pay: €70,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
