About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our premium breakfast and brunch concept. This role is ideal for a chef with a strong background in high-end dining, exceptional plating skills, and a passion for elevating breakfast and brunch cuisine into a refined culinary experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning dishes, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, and leading a high-performing kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations and culinary execution.
- Design and develop innovative breakfast and brunch menus with a strong focus on premium presentation and guest experience.
- Create elegant, contemporary, and visually striking dishes that reflect fine dining standards.
- Establish and maintain plating standards, recipe consistency, and quality control procedures.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in advanced cooking techniques, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Source and select high-quality ingredients while maintaining food cost targets.
- Ensure excellence in taste, texture, presentation, and consistency across all menu items.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, food safety compliance, and kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to continuously evolve the concept and introduce seasonal menu offerings.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional culinary experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining establishments.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern plating techniques and high-end food presentation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and sophisticated dish presentation.
- Proven experience in menu development and kitchen leadership.
- Excellent understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality groups, or award-winning culinary concepts.
- Expertise in contemporary European, Mediterranean, or modern international cuisine.
- Strong understanding of current global food and brunch trends.
