FULL TIME EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES ADVISOR/WEB SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Primary responsibilities of the role are:
Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers,dealing with all inquires in a professional manner.
Managing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce sales channel
Dealing with customers face to face and by phone.
Inputting orders from Web shop ensuring that all information is accurate and that all orders are processed on time.
Dealing with any sales inquirers and orders making sure that all queries are resolved efficiently.
Generating business through outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Identifying opportunities to up sell products and increase the order value .
Competencies Required
Three years Experience in a similar role
Customer focused with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work well within a team as well as on own initiative
Work well under pressure
Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Possess good computer skills and Shopify an advantage
