We are a well-established company operating in Dublin and the surrounding areas (Please see rooneyelectrical.ie). As we continue to expand we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team to develop and improve the working procedures within the company. This individual will play a key role in an administration capacity and the role will advance along with the continuous expansion of our company. This role will be largely remote and hours will vary
Responsibilities:
· Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
· Bookkeeping (experience using QuickBooks would be a big advantage)
· Management of safety files, including employee safety documents as well as company safety files
· Keeping track of employee and subcontractor hours and works done
· Maintaining staff records and training files
· Increase efficiency and productivity
· Various ad hoc duties required
· Knowledge of construction industry desirable
Suitable applicants will have previous experience of working in an office admin role , possess good IT skills, good communication , well organized and excellent attention to detail .
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€22.00 per hour
