Employment Terms
This role is employed by Ardrar Ltd, which operates under separate terms and conditions to Bord Gáis Energy. Together we’re helping homes, farms and businesses cut costs, reduce emissions, and transition to cleaner energy.
The Role
Ardrar Ltd, trading as Bord Gáis Energy, and part of the Centrica Group, is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support the next phase of transformation as we accelerate our transition to a more sustainable energy future.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy, approval compliance, and timely delivery
- Coordinate ordering of materials across multiple projects, locations and suppliers
- Maintain and oversee multisite stock management, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability
- Provide scheduling support to operations and project teams to ensure efficient delivery timelines
- Manage invoice processing, reconciliation, and coordination with finance and suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement and logistics operations
- Track deliveries, manage logistics planning, and resolve supply chain issues proactively
- Support continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in procurement and/or logistics coordination roles
- Experience in one of the following:
o Solar PV procurement and logistics
o Heating/plumbing procurement and logistics
o Mechanical procurement and logistics
o Electrical procurement and logistics
o Trades planning
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across various sites
- Proficiency in procurement systems, stock management tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill
