Responsibilities:
Position Purpose:
To help Beijing office Chief Rep. to fulfil daily work.
Primary duties will include:

KYC process

Demonstrate ability to communicate to US office colleagues with fluent English

Assist Beijing office Chief Rep. with management of daily office operations and assigned tasks

Maintain customer relationships and deliver customers’ questions to US team.

Assist in document handling as instructed including file maintenance & set up

Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:

Bachelor or master’s degree in English, Economics, and Finance major is preferred.

Proficient oral and written English
